In line with the requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) the information you send us will not be used for marketing purposes or any other endeavour other than to send you information about Heaven Sent 2020 or any other connected activity. Your data will be held separately from the Heaven Sent website in an encrypted e-mail account with two-factor authentication, and only KCF users with a valid reason to process your data will be granted access.  Your details will be deleted one month after the event "Heaven Sent 2020" has finished.
